Bio

John A. Davis attended Tulane University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in English in 2010. Thereafter, he attended LSU Law School and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2013. John practiced tax law for several years in Lafayette, Louisiana before moving to Shreveport in 2019. John currently focuses on legal writing at Morris & Dewett and routinely drafts briefs to the state district courts and state appellate courts, with occasional briefs to the Louisiana Supreme Court and U.S. district courts.
